Registration of ground water abstraction structure

Registration of ground water abstraction structure in the notified area.

Achievements :

Haldia Municipal Area (103 sq. km.) covering 97 mouzas , East Medinipur Districts. West Bentgal has been notified vide Notification no. 1/2003. So far 88 nos. of ground water abstraction structure have been registered under CGWA.

Registration of drilling agencies

A fresh registration of drilling agency has been started vide public notice 1/2004
