Ground Water Resource Estimation
Ground Water resource of the State is estimated on a regular basis with a close collaboration with the Ground Water Department of Government of Andhra Pradesh. In the estimation of the resource, methodology recommended by 'GROUND WATER ESTIMATION COMMITTEE - 1997', constituted by Ministry of Water Resources, Govt. of India, is adopted with due importance given to the local hydrogeological conditions.
