Bhu-Jal News - is a Scientific Journal of Central Ground Water Board with the objective to disseminate information to user community and highlight various issues & activities and latest technical advances in the field of Ground Water. It is published quarterly. More than 45 issues have been published till December 2005. The journal is widely circulated to Central and state govt organizations, institutes, universities and user agency etc. It includes scientific and technical paper in Ground Water domain, highlights of activities taken up by CGWB as well as other organization, technical notes, news item etc. Special issues have been published from time to time as below:-

To mark the two decades of publication of Bhujal News and to highlight the challenges faced in the Ground Water Sector in different states, as well as the options resorted to or advocated to meet such challenges, a special issue series of Bhujal News on State, is being brought out. The volume on the state of Rajasthan, is the first in the series(Vol No. 20, 3-4, July- Dec2005).
