Pumping tests are conducted to estimate aquifer parameters like transmissivity, storativity, specific yield, well efficiency etc. It involves pumping groundwater at a controlled rate and measuring the water level response in observation wells over time. These data are then analysed and aquifer parameters are calculated using prescribed methods.
The application can analyze pumping test data using Cooper-Jacob, Theis, and Theis Recovery methods. It includes tools for aquifer test data input, analysis, visualization, interpretation, and reporting.
