• Public Notice -Application Fee for fresh NOC/ renewal of NOC would not be accepted through Demand Draft  w.e.f. 29.08.2017. All applicants are required to make the payment online through Non - Tax Receipt Portal of Government of India (https://bharatcosh.gov.in).  After making the payment through Bharatkosh, applicants can download the receipt and upload the same.
